Refund Policy

Bella Vista Adventure Co. strives to offer flexibility and transparency in our refund policy:
 

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours before the activity are eligible for a full refund. Custom adventures may require different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at booking.

 

• Partial Refunds: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the activity are eligible for a 50% refund unless otherwise stated. No-shows are non-refundable.

 

• Weather or Safety Cancellations: If we must cancel due to weather or safety concerns, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

 

• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation.
